# Stare

## Description

Automatically orient layer towards target. The layer will continue to "stare" at the target throughout any motion path or animation

## Setup

1. Select one or more layers you'd like to apply Stare to
2. Run the Stare tool
3. In the resulting Effect Control, specify the stare target

## Effect Controls

**Enable**\
Enable the stare

**Target**\
The layer to orient towards

**Calibration**\
Any initial adjustment to make for the stare orientation
