### Lost License? <a href="#contact-us" id="contact-us"></a>

Recover it on our [License Recovery page](https://mtmograph.com/pages/license-recovery)

### Extension Install Issues? <a href="#contact-us" id="contact-us"></a>

To install the Motion extensions from your Motion Studio application, please be sure to have Creative Cloud installed and up-to-date. We utilize the [Unified Plugin Installer Agent](https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/working-from-the-command-line.html) that is packaged with CC. It should exist at the following paths:

*macOS:* `/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/RemoteComponents/UPI/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent`

*Windows:* `C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\RemoteComponents\UPI\UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent`
